Rust item list: every shortname and item ID

Every item in Rust, by its in-game category. This list comes straight from a Rust dedicated server (Rust build 25902425, read 2026-10-14), and it is refreshed after every Rust update.

The shortname is what commands, loot tables and plugins use: inventory.give rifle.ak 1 gives you one Assault Rifle (inventory.giveto <player> <shortname> <amount> gives it to someone else). The item ID is the number the game uses for the same item. Stack is how many fit in one inventory slot on a vanilla server.

Crafting is the vanilla recipe: the workbench level you must stand at, the craft time in seconds, what it costs, and how you get the blueprint (known from the start, or researched for that much scrap at a Research Table). An empty Crafting cell means players cannot craft it.
